Mr. Sperling's passion for law enforcement continued after John Marshall, and he joined the Sandy Springs Police Department. Mr. Sperling was immediately inundated with patrol tactics, street survival, and common practices for law enforcement as a whole. After a short stint as an educator and reserve officer, Mr. Sperling was assigned to Criminal Investigations Division. In CID, Mr. Sperling investigated crimes against persons, sex crimes, property crimes, and lastly financial crimes (white collar). Mr. Sperling was known for his interview skills, court testimony, and ability to connect with even the hardened criminal to obtain the desired result. Moreover, Mr. Sperling is known for his complete knowledge of Georgia law, both codified and court interpreted. During his 6 years as a Financial Crimes Detective, Investigator Sperling developed an uncanny skill of identifying the smallest, but most relevant information that was often convicting or mitigating.
Mr. Sperling's passion for finding the truth led to this firm's development for the sole purpose of shedding light on the unspoken truths behind any criminal and civil case. This company was founded to provide the client with all of the information needed to prove a case, or mitigate damages, with the client's best interest being the primary motivation.
Why Hire an Investigator?
When one thinks of a detective, what often comes to mind is someone who searches for murder suspects or investigates major corporate fraud. Oftentimes, this image is from an old movie rather real life. However, a qualified private investigator is someone with law enforcement experience who uses covert techniques and surveillance equipment to uncover the truth behind all manner of domestic and civil cases.
